It started at check in… the young lady checking us in never mentioned additional charge for parking. She refused to bring up sheets for the pull out bed and when I mentioned that my room was messed up she said nothing. When I went downstairs to get the sheets she only gave me one pillow. The room was dirty and had a lot of things that just did not make it worth the price we paid. In the morning we came down for breakfast and it was mediocre at best. The staff was unfriendly and did not make my kids comfortable. This was our first and last time staying there.

The shower in the bathroom was slow draining the water didn't go down till the shower was over. And it still went down very slow. I was getting ready to leave so i didn't complain. But taking a nice shower would have been nice before getting on the road to travel.

Hospitality from Courtney and Peyton welcomed us in. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet kept it full and clean. The room was clean and stocked; beds and couch were comfortable. The pool was clean, towels were plentiful, water was tested and checked. There was no foul odor. We absolutely will continue to stay during our future visits!

Room was dirty, got a new room it was dirty. Charged $159 pet fee, that was told to me until I was at the property. No doggie bags, even after I let the staff know that both locations outside were completely empty
