Housekeeping failed to clean room. Upon reporting this finding, we were told they don't preform housekeeping for 2 day stays. This was not disclosed at reservation time or check-in. Has this been disclosed, we would not have stayed at this hotel.

This was a very average hotel. Could use updates and a deep cleaning. Someone was yelling in front of the hotel for a half hour in the middle of the night, which was ridiculous and should have been dealt with. Noise from the hallway also comes right in the room. Staff was nice. Location is convenient to ODU.

Friendly staff but no amenities

Room did not have soap, glasses or an alarm clock. Fitted sheets came off the bed while sleeping. 3 small pillows on each bed. Only 3 towels and no soap in bathroom.
