I had no idea what this property was. I am sure it is very different when large conferences or big college activity weekends are taking place but my experience during a slow, less populated time was outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding and the service fantastic.

I arrived extremely late and the representative at the front desk greated me with a smile. He had the key and all of my information ready without me having to wait. With the center having 900 rooms, i was able to find mine easily.

Small Room, Clean and Quiet.

This is a large hotel on the outskirts of town. The check-in was easy and friendly staff. One unworking elevator. Very small rooms with a older/poor layout, barn door that opens directly on bed so tough with lighting and privacy. Shower decent. No maid service for 2 nights. Starbucks coffee in gift shop is a bonus. Did not utilize breakfast.

The rooms are very small considering the price for them. Pictures were very deceiving. Beds are very hard and pillows are super thin when laid on. Can't remember the last time I stayed up all night because the bed wasn't comfortable.
