The Parking was fairly simple. The staff at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean but the outer parts of the building looked a little run down. A lot of noise, too. But for the price it was a good value. The mountain view was the best part, it was breathtaking.

The check in went great. Disappointed that my VIP was a $5 Dunkin’ gift card and the 2 drinks were 2 waters , about a $7 value The rooms definitely need an upgrade. The view of the mountain is great though.

Staff was excellent and friendly but the room was on a busy highway and very noisy. The tv did not work and the mirror over the single vanity was too low.

The smell in the room was unbearable. The mattresses were sunken in and had stains on them. Everything was old. We left immediately and forfeited our money. It was horrible.

It was a horrible stay. Very dirty hotel. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere - from the stairs of the hotel, to the room entrance and in the room. Room was also very dirty. Worst experience with my family ever.

Extremely clean room, excellent staff. Room wasn’t fancy at all but it felt like sleeping over at grandma’s house. If you need extra pillows & blankets, they will give it with no problem. Start was very informative about where to go eat & places to see.
