Check-in was great and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good also.The bathroom needed to be updated. I was surprised that there wasn't any towel racks to hang up wash clothes and towels. The shower curtain could have been longer.

Deb checked us in; she was kind and helpful and made me feel welcome. She let me choose which floor we wanted to stay on; it has been a long time since I was given the option to choose my floor and I greatly appreciated it. The property is clean and quiet and I feel safe here. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. I like the location as it is very easy to access I-80.

It was okay, but I don't know how it's getting a 9.2 rating. The sink was dirty. The breakfast was out of most things by 8am. We requested first floor or close to the elevator because of our elderly dogs but they placed us as far from the elevator on floor 3 as we could get. It's an average hotel. The sheets have worn out elastic and kept slipping off the corners of the bed when we moved. They didn't give us a real blanket for the bed, just 2 sheets. Cheap-o. I was not impressed.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Kids enjoyed the pool. Only negative was the sofa bed in our suite was extremely uncomfortable and we ended up just using cushions and sleeping on the floor instead. Comfort of the queen beds in our room was decent. If you don’t have a larger family or need the extra space of a suite, it would probably be just fine.

Front desk was slow to check us in, but property and amenities were great! Breakfast was by far better than most. Rooms are spacious. Lobby has a seating area that was available in the evening to hang out.
