The room was clean. A sign in the room said the blinds could only be operated by remote, but no remote. Tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Went to find someone, only to learn we were in a handicapped room so there would be no remote but a button sonewhere would operate the blinds. Took us a while to find the switch
