We were impressed with how friendly and helpful the owners were and how quickly they responded when we had a question or concern. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and other items.Our favorite places included Zoe's Sweet Kitchen, Hallowbean Coffee, and Mila and Mocha's.Our favorite activities included fishing at the Venice Pier, looking for shark's teeth and shells on the beach, birding, and nature photography at the Venice Rookery, the State College of Florida, Celery Fields, Corkscrew Swamp, Myakka State Park. and Redbug Slough.

Cute house in North Port, Florida

This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed it again.. spent a lot of time in the lanai.. liked the lights they added out there! We used the gas firepit once.. but the bugs were a problem this year. We had a couple issues with water but Richard came promptly and fixed it. And they supplied us with an edible arrangement for our trouble. We enjoyed the neighborhood for our morning walks! It is a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Great North Port House!

We enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s and Richard’s! Loved the neighborhood.. quiet, friendly people.. great for us as we walked 4-5 miles every morning! And close to beaches and Punta Gorda fun spots!

Lovely home comfortable beds lots of Tv's. Issues were addressed immediately. Homeowner assisted my husband in fixing the van. Lent him tools. Lovely fruit basket upon arrival. Lots of dishes and pantry items. It was nice to meet homeowner personally. Very pleasant couple. Very comfortable stay.
