Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. Very dissapointed

The level of incompetence of the staff is simply staggering. This is Ritz Carlton hotel, I expect everything to be perfect, this is what this brand represents but that’s not how things work in this hotel. To start,they did not create a membership number for me, despite the staff’s promises. I guess they just don’t know how to do it. Then I noticed that many employees simply don’t speak basic English and they could not understand what I am asking them to do which was very frustrating. The European food in the restaurants was tasteless, and my daughter complained that at least one lady in the Kids club was rude to the kids there.

Such an amazing property. Staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. Well trained and ready to help always. Ritz Kids club was very enjoyable for kids and adults with a wonderful slide. There’s also buggies to take you everywhere if you don’t feel like walking the beautifully landscaped grounds One of the best parts is that breakfast ends at 11 so there’s plenty of time to lie in Food wise you can order grab food and they’ll take it to the lobby if you don’t eat at the hotel

The hotel is stunning! The location is right on the beach and is very clean! The property is stunning, right from when you walk into the main lobby with a gorgeous view overlooking the Indian Ocean, to the tropical village feel as you're walking around and the gorgeous rooms, where we had access to a pool lagoon right from our room, it really is a very luxurious experience. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel so special on our honeymoon, from decorating the room to sharing special treats with us when we dined, we really felt spoilt. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at The Lounge who made every single evening we spent there special, with their friendly nature and lovely customized dessert plates and also the lovely Yenni who welcomed us and who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special with some gifts for our trip, she put a huge smile on our face! A hotel's venue and amenities matter of course, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Ritz Carlton. We can't wait to come back!
