Hair and stains around the shower. Kitchen feels dirty. I tried to touch as little as possible during my two-night stay. Be prepared for unwanted roommates, cockroaches (the small ones, so you KNOW they don't travel solo)!! I've been waiting 4 days for management to call me back about their infestation. Absolutely disgusting.

The parking lot was very icy. There was no salt down. I slipped and fell and when I alerted the front desk employee about the fall and the condition of parking lot, he showed zero concern.

Yes. So dirty never seen in my life. The request to clean time after time and never received positive respoce. This is Marriott? Not fake? Recomend not to offer this site in your list as long as rhey will not change attitude fully.

Absolutelly dissapointing experience with the room cleanliness, cleaning staff and service alltogether. We had to request towels when towels qeee left on the floor to be changed (as per instructions), garbage was left in the room 3 days in a row even though the so called refresh was done as well as a full room redo. 2 days in a row we asked for Shower Gell and in both occasions the staff brought Shampoo and told us it will be replaced next day and all culminated with the lie the bed was fully replaced on the 6'th day there. We specifically left marks on every piece of bedding from pillow cases to fitted sheet, flat sheet, conforter, just to find that not one of them was changed and all was done was they were straightened to make it look they were changed. I tool pictures and a vide of the entire room to show the front desk when we returenrd to the room, and we were told that there is nobody that can rectify the situation as only the receptionist and the maintenance guy was left in the hotel. We were then brought sheets and bedding at 12 am when we got back to the room and we eneded up doing our own bed with the sheets that were dropped in front of the room. We were told vacum was done every 3 days, not one time was the vacum done. I have pictures of the room right after each full cleanup day and the floor is full of crums. Mariot coroporate will be able to see how guests were treated at their property. One of the worst experiences I have had. Marior corporate will hear it.
