Marina View was gorgeous, but the room was a bit tight. The bathroom was unbearably small. I had to use the restroom with the door open. The property is a gem for the access to the marina and near by bites.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were exceptionally friendly. Our kids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Clean towels available in swimming pool area. The breakfast was the best! Something for each of us and the view while we ate was picture perfect. Compliments to the Chefs! Parking was convenient and felt safe. Our family had only one complaint.. that our stay was not long enough. .

The hotel staff are excellent. The restaurant and bar have great food and great service. The hotel is in a great location. It could you a little remodel - especially the bathrooms. But regardless, it’s our home away from home when we are in Berkeley.
