I like the place. It's safe, with plenty of restaurants around to choose from, shopping, walkable, and convenient. But cleaning the room is very hard for them to follow their schedule. they clean the room once a week. I have been staying in Union City, California, for over two weeks already. And not even once have they cleaned my room. I requested every end of the week, and no one came to clean. I cleaned it myself. Sad but true. The front desk gave me a broom with a broken dustpan. And I have to return right away after I use it. Fremont and Newark are better and they clean the room every week. I rated the hotel like 3 stars. They have more push cart to use.

Check in was slow. No toiletries in the bathroom. Room and bedding was clean but bed was terrible. Horrible smell in the hallway. Smell was gone in the morning. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay again

I have stayed at this whole hotel several times, but this would be the last time. It seemed like you were guys were running rooms out to the homeless because my nephew said on the second floor everybody had their doors open kids running around and it was very loud if that’s the case I would’ve just got a motel in Oakland if I wanted to be in a ghetto hotel
