Door key would not open. Could not open the door. Mgr failed to open the door, thus wife and l had to leave to our appointment and we were not able to use the room, no shower ,no relax time before our appointment. Terrible service, very disorganized and when we came back at 11 pm Parking was far from our room, and Mgr took a while to open the broken door

heads up, if you're trying to relax with family go somewhere else. the reviews about this hotel must be fake. the only good thing is the location, but I couldn't stand the smell. I had to book a different Hotel 24 minutes away from my destination

Disappointed, yet not surprised

Couldn’t even open the room door the first time I tried to get in. The tv had no remote, there was a few punches in the wall it looked to be. The hotel room was clean but it had its downfalls such as burn marks in the comforter, ammonia like smell in the bathroom, and the water from the shower looks like it was going under the foundation. Unclear directions on check ins as well.
