I do not recommend this hotel.

Check in procedure was definitely subpar. Front desk staff was very arrogant. Wanted to charge me $15 extra for being 20 minutes early. So I had to sit in my car for 20 minutes before I could check in. I pre-registered online like I was asked to in an email. Name, address, vehicle type, tag number, credit card information and uploaded a copy of my drivers license. All of that was for nothing! They said they had no record of any of it. Then they charge you an extra $14.95 for some kind of resort fee plus a $50 deposit in case you steal some towels. Ice machine in lobby did not work. Told me I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to a working ice machine. Every question I asked and every question I had was meant with arrogance.
