Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. In a special spot of the beach where you'll never have to fight for a spot on the sand. Come out when you want to! Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.

Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.

Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.

ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.
