Rakastat sitä tosiasiaa, että voit jättää auton pysäköityyn autotalliin eikä sinun tarvitse ajaa ympäri kaupunkia löytääksesi pysäköintialue! great location!

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

Our stay

Location and home were very nice, however the cleanliness was not the best. The floors were very dirty and under the couch looked like it had never been swept. It raises the question what does the cleaning crew actually do, especially with the cost that gets added to your stay.

Very nice townhouse and location.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location and amenities!!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

Golf Vacation

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

Lovely property

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Nice Townhouse. Would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Convenient location. It is nice having a garage. The carpets and hvac vents could use a cleaning, but not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Great house

This house is perfect except it smelled like must on the first bottom floor. Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! The kitchen. Was very well stocked! The pool is 4 feet deep, small but great for a quick swim or kid hang out spot!

What a wonderful place

Overall our stay was amazing. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use. Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected. Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house. The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside. WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that. Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years.

When we arrived place was filthy I had To call the Property Manager lmany times

Very disappointed in the condition of the property I paid a cleaning fee and it was still filthy Light bulbs were out, fan not working stove disgusting dent in Refrigerator I can go on, Tv wasn’t working. As it turned out we paid an administrative fee as well as the VRBO fee I have used your services in the past and didn’t have this disappointing experience

Lots of space for everyone

My family of 10 loved this unit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. There was plenty of space to play games, eat together, and watching tv together and separate. The pool was a BIG hit with the kids. The cleaning of the unit could have been better. We found trash and food under beds and sofa and sand on the sofa. But we did a quick cleaning and were good to go.

Lots of space and a great location! Two car garage is a big plus for 7th street. They need to fix their bed size guide, to say a king and two queens sheets, not full. We had to go to Roses to buy two queen sets. The kids bunk room was a real hit!

The location and layout was great. Keyless entry was very nice. All of thought the beds were uncomfortable. The ac unit in the second floor didn't seem to work or keep up. Overall not bad

Bike Week 2021

This property has a GREAT location. Right near dining, stores and a short short walk to the boardwalk. The house is in good shape, lots of cookware and plates/silver wear. However, we were never notified that the pool is not maintained after Labor Day. Hot hot week and a completely green nasty pool. Then while we were staying there, a company came and did construction work on the pool. So we had the driveway blocked - it was bike week and we needed the garage to get the bikes - as well as workers in the back without any notification. The cleaning company does not do a good job Dirt, food and huge dust balls all over the family room floor and under the couch. Kitchen counters were sticky upon arrival. There was no dishwasher soap or dish soap at all. And empty toilet paper in bathrooms.
