Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the room was uncomfortably warm, and after multiple attempts the thermostat could not be adjusted. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations - there were visible stains in the bathroom, on the carpet and on the box springs. Another major concern was the inconsistency in the hotels communcation regarding amenities. The flyer provided at check-in listed operating hours for various facilities, but when we brought our son to the ice rink on Sunday, we were informed that it closed three hours earlier that stated. When we asked staff about the discrepancy, there was little concern or explanation, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. Overall, the lack of attention to both room quality and guest service left us disappointed, and we do not plan to stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the carousel. The room was nice and quiet. We could see the beach while laying in bed, which was great since the weather was too cold to be outside for long. They also had the ice skating rink, a big indoor pool area and a hot tub. I highly recommend staying at the carousel!

Beautiful private balcony and great pool, but pool was closed from 3-6 pm on a Saturday for maintenance… just wish that could have been scheduled for a weekday instead as that was the reason I selected this hotel.

I was disappointed that we had to walk outside in the cold to get to our room and to the indoor pool. I also felt that the pool could've been warmer and the age limit on the hot tub was not enforced, so there was plenty of small children in the hot tub

Staff was friendly. Heat in room was not working upon arrival. Maintenance came and fixed the problem within an hour. Room was a bit rundown and the tub had a nasty rust stain. The maintenance man said they are in the process of renovating but hadn't gotten to our room yet. Ice rink and snack stand was nice and great for kids.
