Beautiful private balcony and great pool, but pool was closed from 3-6 pm on a Saturday for maintenance… just wish that could have been scheduled for a weekday instead as that was the reason I selected this hotel.

I was disappointed that we had to walk outside in the cold to get to our room and to the indoor pool. I also felt that the pool could've been warmer and the age limit on the hot tub was not enforced, so there was plenty of small children in the hot tub

Staff was friendly. Heat in room was not working upon arrival. Maintenance came and fixed the problem within an hour. Room was a bit rundown and the tub had a nasty rust stain. The maintenance man said they are in the process of renovating but hadn't gotten to our room yet. Ice rink and snack stand was nice and great for kids.
