We appreciated being allowed to check in early — thank you for that. However, the listing on Expedia stated that parking was available but did not specify that it was paid parking. This felt misleading, and I don’t appreciate when important details are hidden or worded unclearly. Cleanliness also needs immediate improvement, as the current level fell short of expectations. In addition, the front desk staff came across as quite grumpy and unwelcoming. Overall, there are several areas that need attention before I could consider staying here again.

The room was fine but it would have been nice to at least have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in -- we only had the 4 kitchen chairs. The day we checked out, sometime during the night we lost water pressure -- unable to flush, only a trickle from the faucets -- however they refunded us one night so all good. PS -- we were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, beds made or trash removed.
