The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was a little difficult, but one of the staff members helped me get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, it smelled good, but had a couple flies. The TV was a bit hard to operate unless you had just the right angle with the remote. Overall, a safe and clean place to stay and a convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk.

This has been our second year staying here for the Oceans Calling Festival. It’s within walking distance to the festival and boardwalk and has well maintained manicured property with a pool and a little “bar”. Rooms are basic/generic and this year there was an additional parking fee but overall it’s a nice place with friendly owners /management

The room had a horrible smell upon entey. Then found 3 dead bugs on a pillow which i learned to be bed bugs, after getting bit over 21 bites.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean, nice staff when we checked in which was easy and fast. Rooms are more modernized than the others down there. I did not like that that put a note ok your door saying you can extend you stay but when we went to extend they told us someone already had the room. So we used the other option which was $15 hr to extend your stay but we couldnt stay pass 1pm. The card that was use to pay for the extension was not the card associated with the room. We had two room but only extend one. Once we check out they charged my card $40 saying we did not return the keys to the room that was not extended and was checked out at 11am. When i asked about them charging my card she said oh dont worry about it. Outside of the card issue it was a good place to stay.
