Relax by the ocean at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, located just
steps from the sand in Oceanside. Part of a 5-unit condo complex, it offers great accommodations while keeping you close to the beach, local dining, and attractions.

The master bedroom features a king bed with ocean views, while the second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed — ideal for children or extra guests. The open living and dining area opens to a private balcony, letting you enjoy the sea breeze, morning coffee, or evening drinks while listening to the waves.

Stay comfortable year-round with wall-unit air conditioning, and use the shared on-site laundry for convenience during longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken.

Pet-friendly and filled with natural light, this condo provides a relaxed, comfortable setting for families, friends, or couples who want to be right on the beach. Shared amenities include outdoor seating and BBQ areas, and the sand is just steps away.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a great stay! The view of the ocean was unbeatable, and it was lovely going to bed to the sound of the waves crashing. For our kids to bodyboard and play in the water, we had to walk or drive to the city beach. The Buccaneer Cafe, which was less than a block away, had excellent breakfast burritos.

Overall it was one of the best places we ever stayed. We did not receive the code for the gate.Also it was not clean under the bunk bed. There is probably still a pair of male underwear there. We loved the patio! We already made reservations for April. So we loved the place.

Amazing weekend

Just what we hoped for an awesome deck looking at the ocean comfortable beds and relaxing quiet area. Could have used a light over kitchen table for evening activities but we enjoyed everything and will remember it when we come back

Location was ideal. Away from the noise, just down the street form Buccaneers. Right on the ocean for body surfing, boogie boarding or surfing when the whim arises!

Waking up to the ocean waves was amazing!!

I would definitely stay at this place again. Super easy to get to, clean, way easy to check in and check out, and the view cannot be beat. I cracked the window open to fall asleep to the ocean waves and wake up to them. I loved sitting on the porch next to the fire. I’m definitely keeping this on my list to come back to.

Great stay

Great location. We stayed in unit 3 and the patio/balcony was the highlight of the apartment. Place as very clean and well equipped. Unit had a bit of a stale/damp smell that are common in places so close to the ocean but small price to pay for such a great view and falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. Aside from the area right outside the units, there isn't really a beach area to walk. There is a public access beach right down the road. It wasn't an issue with us, we never wanted to leave the patio/balcony! The other 3 units all share the common areas but again, it was never an issue with us. Everyone was nice and respectful. Overall, it was a great stay at a great property. Great location. We would stay again!

Good property in a great location!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The only things I did not give 5 stars was the cleanliness because when we opened up to use the pull out couch to watch TV (because the coach is very small and not comfortable enough to sprawl out and watch TV / the ocean view), it was clear the bed sheets hadn't been cleaned in a while as there was sand that came out. There was clean sheets provided in the master so we just used those instead. The pull out coach bed is horrible and we actually ended up using just the mattress on the floor. I feel bad for whomever actually has to sleep on that one day. No matter for us, it was just myself and my son and our beds (especially the master bedroom) was very comfortable. The condo itself is very loud due to its age. You can often hear the wind banging against the walls of the property and banging against the sliding doors which literally woke us up the first night several times. The next few days weren't so bad. We loved hearing the waves however crashing on the shore. The other issue was that communication with the automated text system the property manager has set up is hit or miss. Sometimes we got replies, and sometimes we didn't. Our questions didn't require any type of emergency response or anything so it didn't affect out stay, but that was one of the questions asked in the survey. The parking is extremely tight. We have a Toyota Prius and it was so tight that one of us had to leave the car to exit before parking so we could fit the car in the space. Good luck if you have anything bigger than that. The view and the patio is why I booked the property and that was very good. The only thing we thought could be better is that if you're sitting on the porch in the regular chairs on the patio, you can not see the ocean through the lattice type fencing they have on the porch, so we used the bar height chairs instead so we could see. A glass enclosure or similar would fix this. We were in walking distance to Carlsbad beach area (if you want to walk 2 miles) which was fantastic as they have many shops, restaurants, etc. to enjoy. Our dog was not allowed on the Oceanside or Carlsbad beach where this property sat, so we took him to the Encinitas beach which did allow dogs. We would definitely stay again if we couldn't find other properties that satisfied our needs.

Some things need attention, but for the price, this place does not measure up. Would have been ok at 1/4 th price. Very over priced for the quality of the condo. I do not recommend.

Beautiful setting and location however the unit needs some repairs. The heater was not working nor was one shower. We also are not aware that there were bunkbeds in the second bedroom. The property management company was quick to respond. That location was just what we hoped for right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets and a great balcony!

One of our favorite Oceanside stays

We’ve stayed at a Beachfront Only property 4 times this year and they never disappoint. This property was great for just my husband and I. Cozy with great views and ocean access. They always provide everything you can possibly need. This was especially the case for us to make a nice Thanksgiving dinner. They were also responsive via text on Thanksgiving day. Special thanks to Nancy who helped make this day possible for us. She is truly the best!!!

Great location, good property

Loved our stay overall at the property. Location was fantastic, parking was pretty good, furniture inside was very nice. We enjoyed mostly the patio, mainly because of the view & nice beach chairs out there. Some feedback for the managers would just be general upkeep of the property. The bathrooms (especially the showers) are needing an upgrade/maintenance. Pressure was extremely low & drains didn’t work super well. The grounds were just a bit out of date & some of the gates didn’t close. The pictures just make it look a bit nicer than it was. Overall we really did enjoy our stay. The beds were nice, there were plenty of blankets & towels and the views/location was phenomenal. Loved going to the Buccaneer Cafe right down the street and loved the ocean sounds and views.
