I was hardly greeted, given a key to an occupied room and without as much as an apology or regret handed another key, 20 min later another staff member stormed into the room not realizing we were checked in. Balcony was full of trash, and people above our room made noise all night, made it impossible to sleep or get any rest. Property is old, unkept, and dirty. Homeless people hang out all over the property. Room was ok but towels were dirty. Awful experience!

Room was gross, wet gobs of paper towels for example stuck to the wall, a clip-on toenail in the corner of the bathroom, and the floors? Don’t even get me started, don’t take your shoes off. Check in was very slow, also asked for extra towels twice which we never received. There wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom and the sink was shattered and the shower rusty. Gross overall
