Was quite dirty, hair all over the bedding, floor, tub, etc. Also there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs and in the halls (kids running and screaming down the halls). Mattress wasn’t very comfortable at all. The TV is very hard to navigate

I booked 2 queen rooms requested that they be adjoining. I received confirmation through Expedia from the hotel that they were changing my rooms from the premium, which I guess included snacks and drinks to the standard queen rooms with two queen beds so that they would be adjoining when we arrived at the hotel, they only had one room reserved under jy name. They finally found the second room under my daughter‘s name but then they told me that they could not give me an adjoining rooms and had no record of the email conversation. I showed her my emails regarding the adjoining rooms and changing the reservation to the standard two queen beds for both rooms. I was told that she has no idea who that came from and that they could not give me adjoining rooms. So we had one room on the third floor one room on the second floor. Other than that, the hotel was clean. We would go back, but we would need a better confirmation of our rooms being scheduled the way we requested.

My room wasnt ready when we arrived around 4:45pm. Check-in is at 3pm. The clerk quickly found a substitute room. However it was right next to the elevators and we could hear everything. Not only that but the walls seem to be very thin in genetal because the person in the room next to us had their tv on and we could hear every word clearly. There was a fresh blueberry on the ground and hair in the bathtub from the guest before us. Somehow there was a mosquito in the room that bit me several times. I foubd the mosquito lingering in the shower. I really liked the pool but it is chipping and needs to be redone. The card reader only worked on 1 of the doors to enter the pool. There is a water bottle refill station that worked when we got there but stopped working by the time we left. I liked the area where the hotel was. There are a lot of food and shopping options near by and it isnt too far from the highway. The room was decorated nicely and the ac was cold. Overall I would give it a 6/10

The rooms where clean the halls needed to be vacuumed, there is not complementary breakfast like the front desk said you have to pay for breakfast there and it was not the best at all. would not stay here again.
