Arrival & Comfort: When I checked in late at night, the heater was off and the room was freezing. Additionally, the elevator chime is far too loud and disruptive.
Service Issues: The front desk staff needs better training, especially the 6:00 AM shift. During checkout, the clerk didn't look at me or say "thank you"—she simply said, "You are okay to go."
Compared to other Holiday Inn properties, this stay felt like a lower-grade experience due to the poor service and lack of preparation.
