Room was great, the reason of my low review is the double charge which took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Also they charge you 24 bucks for the Valet parking on top of the 20 bucks cash to the valet personnel.

Springhill Suites was a very nice hotel. It was super clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good with all the standard foods. Very nice selection. The staff was great and super friendly. Was able to walk to many attractions. My only complaint is the bathroom door. The door faces the bed and it is a smoked glass door. When someone turns on the bathroom lights on with the door closed, it's like a spotlight on the bed. Woke me up out of a dead sleep. Poor room design. I would stay there again but bring a sleep mask.

The hotel was clean and in a quiet area - at the end of the road where a few hotels were situated. The parking was valet service only which was efficient. The room was spacious nicely laid out and clean. The shower was very effective and powerful. The staff were helpful. We used the laundry facilities which were very good. Good value for money.

great downtown location on the east edge of Bricktown. Decent breakfast included along with an evening bar available. Only Valet parking option at the hotel unless you can find surface parking open on the adjacent streets.

Stayed one night for concert at Criterion. Parking is valet only; you pay for them to park it in a non-covered open field adjacent to the hotel. Don't really like someone else having my keys and there text system wasn't working to be able to call for my car but it was not that big of a deal. Room was clean but towels were musty/mildew smelling. Definitely road noise so not real quiet in room. Staff were kind. Did not eat the breakfast. Decent stay and would stay again. Easy check in/out.
