Didn’t even go in. Broken window. People hanging around front of hotel. This is what the agent with expidia book for us after screwing up the first booking. My family and anyone else that I know will never ever use Expedia again!!! I will not bote you with the details of their poor customer service. Just save yourself the problems. Stay away from Expedia.

Checking in to the hotel was fine. Internet was hard to connect to. Beds were not very comfortable, were quite hard. There was cigarette Burns on one of the beds sheets.

Rooms were clean, beds super comfy, pillows not thin and wore out. However stair and hallway carpet was yuck, and walls paper thin where you hear everything and ppl up and down the hall all hours made it a little hard to sleep

This is an older property, but is maintained nicely. My car broke down on the interstate heading back to Chicago. Management was accommodating by allowing me to check in hours earlier than what is normally acceptable. I can walk to the repair shop in just a few minutes as well as Chili's and mini-markets and a variety of other locations.
