The second level has a newly configured Master BR and beautiful wood floored bath with glass shower. Two additional bedrooms and a second new bath with glass shower completes this level. A back staircase leads down to the kitchen. Large private yard on the water. Next door to luxury wellness center for gym, fitness classes, and other wellness services.
