It was very clean. Very good breakfast. I don't understand why people don't leave tips. The nice people in the kitchen work hard. The only complaint I have is it was noisy in the hallway at night. Most likely other guests. Our room was very close to the front desk. Next time I'll ask for a different floor. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The hotel itself like everything around it is new and fine. Unfortunately the view from my room is an empty lot with scattered old homeless encampments items in a field. Someone should go clean that up. Staff seemed annoyed to be working today. Didn’t fix the question about the wifi and it didn’t work so I had to use my phone and cellular data to do the Zoom meeting I needed to do after I arrived instead of my computer that couldn’t hang on to any meaningful wifi. I called the front desk and the kid working could not have cared less. Overall disappointing checkin and service. I hope he has a better day tomorrow!

Room was not clean and dirty wash clothes were left hanging over the shower rod from previous customers. Hair was in the bathtub and sink and no soap was provided for washing hands. Had to ask multiple times for towels. Wasn’t the best say but the front desk was friendly checking in and out.
