Property was under construction. Only 3rd floor was available for use and all elevators were out of service. Ice machine on 3rd floor was out of service and only working one was back on 1st floor. No towels or glasses/cups in room…had to ask for them. Mini fridge was turned off (had to mess around with it to figure out how to turn on). A/C unit didn’t work correctly. Hair dryer was broken. On the plus side…the room had a nice shower and the hotel breakfast is good.

The property was obviously under construction and access to only available rooms (3rd and 4th floors) was by stairs only - elevators were out of service. For physical reasons, I cannot do stairs. I was not informed until I arrived at check-in time. I had to cancel my stay, but the manager did give me a phone number to try to arrange accommodations at another facility.

As a lone female traveler, I go out of my way to make sure I stay in safe, comfortable places. And I typically don't do bad reviews. So I feel the need to write this review as a warning. This place needs help. After driving 6 hours across the state, and pre-checking in, I arrive at the hotel at 7:45 pm, only to find a sign on the door saying the elevator was broken. (IT HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR A WEEK.) Arriving at the front desk, I was given the option of a "free" cancellation, but if I were to stay, the only rooms available were on the 3 & 4 th floor (the first two floors were gutted, being rennovated. So--really?? What chose did I have that time of night, and why didn't they call/email me and let me know that morning. I was stuck there, and thankfully the front desk man lugged my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. When I got to my room, there was: NO front desk phone; NO hangers; NO drinkware in the bathroom; NO working ice machines; and the safety latch to my door was broken off. Even the top of the toilet did not match--it was as if they just put another one on there. When I went to go for food, the side doors (typically by pass key only) were propped open. I closed them 3 times, told the front desk, but they kept getting propped open. (this hotel is backed up against a wooded area, known for homeless camps.) In the morning there was no one to help me with my luggage, so I struggled down the stairs. I would not say that the front desk staff in the morning was helpful.

Hotel shouldn't be open for stay. Elevators down, rooms are not complete, hotel services not available. A/C would not maintain temperature and the room was hot all night and our friends in another room had no issues. Overall would not recommend staying here until the property is revamped.

No hot water

There was no hot water in my hotel room. I tried the shower, and the sink, and also putting in on "cold" just to see if it was backwards. I mentioned this to the front desk person, and another guest from another floor was also there to complain about hot water. The elevators were not working. Most of the first floor was under construction, with lots of dust.

Dirty in the stairwells. Very noisy from adjoining property and street. Elevator did not work and had to haul luggage up four flights of stairs. Bedroom ceiling light stayed on with a dim glow. Ended up covering head with a towel to block light. Definitely not a 9.2 rated experience.

Our stay at the Ramada was not great. While the staff member at the front desk was nice everything else wasn’t. The building was under construction and the elevator was broken. They put us on the 4th floor which was annoying to lug up our bags. The room had not been vacuumed, there were a couple bugs, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows awful. The ac did not work and the room was north of 75F when we entered. The smoke detector had been covered by a bag. I would not recommend the Ramada.

Half the hotel was under construction, no advance warning. All available rooms were on 3rd and 4th floors. One working elevator until our 3rd day then no working elevators. We are disabled and hotel offered assistance. We ended up checking by our early and looking for another hotel. Also breakfast was ok. Fruit was bananas which were brown and cracked open, oranges which had visible mold on them and apples. Will not stay again as front desk staff again was not very attentive or helpful or friendly.
