Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

The hosts were very accomodating when we had to reschedule our dates. We loved our stay! Great property, very comfortable, & perfect location central to Truckee/Donner & Tahoe City. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub twice, which was amazing. We also rented ebikes & rode to Tahoe City! Village was pretty quiet due to off season visit but great shops & restaurants & im sure it would be an even better experience during ski season right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend!

the location was great, even in the off season. The building can be a little confusing but it's very much a hotel vibe. The condo was great - we loved having a puzzle to work on and being able to chrome cast on the tv. Karen was super responsive when we had questions.

My second tour of the property. Well-equipped, cozy, comfy, and near revamped grocery store and restaurants. Top floor unit means a vaulted ceiling. AC works well and window coverings block the afternoon sun. A warm and welcoming vibe to the condominium. Definitely worth booking and the owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Palisades ski condo

Michael and Karen were incredible hosts! We loved staying at their lovely condo for a week while skiing Palisades. Condo was wonderful for my husband and I! Location was fabulous and lifts so easily accessible. We appreciate our hosts excellent communication and follow up!

Most beautiful place in Lake Tahoe area

Could not have been better! Just before busy season. Hit it just right for great weather and views and not crowded at all. Village and room were perfect. Parking underground was a plus. Sauna and hot tub were close by

Great location on the top floor with ready access to the shops in the Village. Completely and totally outfitted for the stay. A very comfortable bed. The furniture is all good and appropriately sized and spaced for the size of the condo. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A great escape!

We had an excellent time at Michael’s and Karen’s lovely condo. Booking, check-in, communication all worked flawlessly. The place itself was very well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. A big plus are the included garage parking space, ski locker, hot tub, and - of course - walking distance to ski lifts. We truly hope to come back, either in summer or for another winter vacation. One can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful stay at Palisades.

Great spring skiing

A terrific property in the Village whose owners have obvious pride in their unit. It is very well equipped and had lots of little touches that made me think they spend time there when not renting it. Pre stay communication was excellent and I even got an email mid stay checking in to make sure all was good. I would rent this again in a heartbeat! Other owners can learn from these folks! They get hospitality! Thank you.

Great Palisades lodging for the family

Had a wonderful time. Place is central to everything. Ski locker was a huge help. Outdoor hot tub quite enjoyable. Room was great (modern, clean, etc.). Would highly recommend.

Convenient, clean & well-appointed

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super tidy, has everything you need to cook meals, and is conveniently located right in the heart of the Village for easy access to dining and shopping options as well as of course ski lifts. The hosts, Michael & Karen, were very on top of things and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
