Needed a place to stay for the night. No frills needed. The room was clean & quiet and the bed very comfortable. Planned on leaving early and was delighted with the hot breakfast.

The parking lot was full due to a meeting that was scheduled. We were told to park anywhere that the meeting would be over soon. We arrived at 8:30 pm. The check in person was very nice and helpful. The only problem was the tub would not fill due to the tub plug not working. Room was clean and breakfast was very good.

The hotel was wonderful and very clean. But the housekeeping staff did not do their job I had to go down daily for a week to get towels and trash can liners. Because they never came to clean my room.

The room was nice, the hallways were plesznt scented. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and there wasn't any switch to turn it on. I'm not very happy right now, because the $100 deposit. Was not returned yet. We dint leave the room in a wreck, or smoke in it. My roommate went outside to hit her vape. So, I will be calling Comfort Inn to see why it wasn't returned to my account.

The outside was messy with cigarette butts all over. Not a well kept appearance. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it. The sink did not drain well and the stool kept running.

Decent but not great

Decent hotel, close to I80. Customer service somewhat lacking (not very friendly and communication issues) but overall ok. At least it’s pet friendly
