Premium rooms were great. The sofa-bed mattress was of very poor quality, very springy and uncomfortable. I would certainly appreciate that the hotel offers a memory foam topper if needed. The aquatic center is fun and the temperature of the water perfect. Unfortunately, the swimming pool water was very troubled. I've seen no camera and no control on people who are sliding behind another person causing high risk of injury.

Shower didn’t work, room was crazy loud, staff didn’t answer front desk phone for 10+ minutes (and never did), and when I told them the shower didn’t work when I was checking out they said “oh no, we’ll be sure to make a note of that” without doing anything else. Lobby is nice and so is the area, only reason I didn’t rate 1 star.

We had to pay $15/night for hotel parking, which is stated when booking but there was no parking. Had to park in overflow parking which was located at another hotel. I stayed for 3 nights, but was charged $75. Payment is through an outside company so have to deal with outside company and not actual hotel. breakfast was $15/adult and was a very basic hotel breakfast “buffet”
