Insufficient parking, after entering our rooms we found that our beds were no sheets on our beds at all. The only thing on our beds were comforters.

Very reasonably priced for having a small waterpark on site. Water park is definitely dated and could Use some updates. Room was clean and nice. Road next to the property is pretty busy all the time.

Upset as a long time customer

I made this reservation not realizing it was non refundable. I tried to make changes and everyone was VERY UNACCOMODATING. Needed to change dates. Then tried to add another guest. Then my flight from Cancun was cancelled due to weather. No changes allowed. I was very upset that Hotels.com would not work with me, being a long time customer.

Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub area! Did have some complaints about the room. When we arrived the room was not cleaned very well. There were crumbs all over the floor from previous guests and spilled food or drink on the wall by the headboard. Staff however responded quickly to our complaint and took care of it immediately.
