Very nice staff and a beautiful old building. A little noisy with small rooms means you could hear dogs and neighbors so not a 5/5 experience but I’m still happy with my stay. Also a tip: instead of paying the outrageous self park fee there were plenty of nearby garages and street parking less than $10/day.

Room was clean, and wasn’t bad per se, but just underwhelming for the price. Tv kind of worked, but glitched a lot. Bed was very nice, but that was about the best thing about it. Check in was easy, but getting into the lobby, and dealing with valet was frustrating, no direct instruction or signage to tell you where you need to go, so looped the block 3 times before I was able to even see the valet. Biggest frustration was how expensive parking is. $32 to park my own car? $35 to have them drive half a block to park my car? Other hotels that I’d give a much better rating in downtown Omaha, offer covered parking with a valet, for less. I feel the prices should be adjusted
