There was cleaning rags left in the sink. The carpet was stained. There was toilet paper stuffed in the drawers so they wouldn't open and batteries shoved u der the cabinet to keep it level. There was a huge gap in the door to the room. Very thin walls, we could hear people all night.

I would not advise staying here at all. The first room we were put in had dirty towels on the floor as soon as we opened the door. The shower was completely taken apart and not usable. We asked for a second room. They put us in a different room. There was a loose random pill on a bench in the room, brown stains under the sink with essentially no water pressure. The pillows also had stains. The pool ceiling was falling down and although listed as an amenity was completely closed. I wouldn't have trusted it anyways as the entire building seemed unsafe. Right upon walking in you could see screens of the cameras recording all over the building. We stayed for less than 2 hours and decided it was too unsafe. We didn't even unmake the beds. They refused to refund us.

This place is a joke! They do not issue refunds and Expedia does not stand behind their protection plan if you cancel, even ahead of time, so do yourself a favor and stay far away! There was holes in the wall, stained dirty bedding, no fire alarm and when told about that, the front desk clerk came and walked on our bed, BAREFOOT, to "install" one. It was just for looks, it was not wired in, but I guess they think we are dumb. Food left in the fridge from who knows how long ago. Hair in the tub and shower. Filth, just pure filth!

The shower had a huge crack in the tile, the shower head looked like it was going to fall off the wall. I booked the room as a suite with jazzuzi tub and no tub.

I had an appointment at Nebraska Med Center for a specialst. My staff made a res for 3/19 which was my appt with this specialist, Were in a terrible snow storm so I booked one night for 3/18. I am a cancer survivor and I have waited to see this Dr since Oct. I tried to get a refund after explaining. Expedia said I would be charged $200 if I cancelled it I was told to talk to the Hotel. The hotel said I had to go through expedia. Granted I have more on my mind than $70 but I was treated so rude. It was.like Im sorry but Im stuck and Not willing to sacrifice out of common courtesy. I will NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN unless there is some compensation. Your industry is very competitve and I thought we could come come to some settlement. The Mede center has a lot of patients in long stay and they will hear about this unless something ps resolved
