Quite frankly the hotel was so filthy I would NEVER eat there! The elevator carpet was so filthy it looked like someone had been murdered in there. The carpets in the rooms were just as filthy; you didn't dare walk around barefoot! The furniture was in obvious need of repair, the towels were sloppily folded, thin and dingy. You should be ashamed of this hotel and it's condition!

Both locks on my door were broke. Breakfeast wasnt hot, coffee machine broke. Sheets were frayed. Room service neglected to clean 2 out of 5 nights I didnt have the DND up. Work out room covered in dust. AC worked great. Staff was helpful enough. Get what you pay for.

As long as expectations are low…

Had to wait for the front desk person to finish a cigarette right outside the front door before being checked in. He saw me walk in but didn’t care. Surprise— there’s a hundred dollar hold on your credit card for several days for a deposit you didn’t know about. No smiles. No welcome… just someone who hates their job and apparently doesn’t like people much. Not sure if there was a disturbance right before in got there, but police car circling the premises several times when I arrived.

Absolutely disgusting

Our room door didn’t lock (it wouldn’t let me upload the video of that) The dirty towels in the pictures were the towels they left for us in the bathroom. When I asked for a clean towel they said they didn’t have any, so we were unable to shower.

The Hotel was dirty. Room smelled awful. Cobwebs in hallways and stairwells with chips and other food laying on the floor. (Obviously not vacuumed in a long time). Would not recommend and we will not go back. Wish we would have read the reviews before we booked through a third party. Do not go!

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! Checked in during daylight hours. Went out tondonnrrr and a show came back turned out lights on and the entire floor scattered and ran!! No water pressure for hot tub room or drainage. This was the second room that they put us in after the first one was broken down and disgusting also

I'm not particular but this is the worst hotel I've stayed at! It was dirty, water on the floor in the bathroom, internet was so slow it was worthless, pool shut down for maintenance, workout room was so covered in drywall powder that none of the equipment was usable. This was a bad reflection on Expedia!
