Got downgraded to a double queen when I booked a one person king room. Management was arguing and threatening to fight a guest because of an altercation they had. It smelled and my room was cleaned half assedley, Actually will never recommend or stay again.

The property had broken front door that hasn't been fixed in a while. Some guest had their luggage cart full and sitting out front all night outside. The room was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. There was only 2 towels given and no more. They charged me $50 deposit fee when I checked in for damages? There was a party in the parking lot where loud music was being played all night. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBPAGE!! Do not stay here!

The elevator wasn’t in good order. There was food and trash all over the hallways. The pool wasn’t in order. There was broken glass on the floor at one point. Our first room smelled of rotten food or something dead. The air conditioning didn’t work in that room. There was pet urine in elevators. We never received enough fresh towels. The front door was broken. The trash was overflowing. There were car parts and suspicious activities in the parking lot. The front desk staff did not want to resolve any issues. The bar area was closed. The breakfast was not complete. It was some cereal items and waffles. No milk. No proteins. The fire hoses were missing and the glass broken out. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned and was disgusting. There was hair and filth everywhere. And stained carpets that smelled. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I was very disappointed in our stay. There were many things wrong with our room in terms of cleanliness, including mold in the shower. My pillowcase had a huge stain on it but I did not throw a fit. I called down and requested a new one at 4pm. I was told one would be brought up and upon return later that night to our room, there still was no clean pillowcase. I went down to the desk to ask for one in person and the staff was very rude and denied me a clean pillowcase.

That was great checking was easy pool was open and clean Court area to sit and visit beds were extremely comfortable so affordable that any Walk of Life can stay there so just stay to yourself and don't interact with the other customers and you're good breakfast that's great recommend 5 out of five and I'll definitely go back!

The price was fantastic for what you get. It is an older hotel but it is in good shape and very clean. Comfortable beds. Would be hard to find a better place for the price.

I can’t give this play anything higher than a 1 maybe a 2 star. Our room was not clean! Found a cigarette in the coffee packets, and between the doors of the conjoint room doors was a vibrator box! Would not recommend this place! The little food mart was over priced as well. And the “continental breakfast” was horrible! No options especially for kids. Don’t get me started on the threatening notes posted throughout the place. This hotel states is dog friendly but then had no dogs allowed posted everywhere. Pool door had signs threading to be sued $1000 if caught with food or drinks k in the pool area. And the “continental breakfast” area also had threats of no food allowed out of the breakfast area.
