Very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was closed, which was the only reason i booked this hotel, and this was not stated anywhere. Apparently it has been closed for quite some time. The gym was also closed. There were no extra pillows or towels available, i was promised they would be provided the following morning, but they were not. The gentleman that checked me in was not knowledgable and did not inform us of the closures or breakfast times. I called the front desk to verify, but breakfast was shut down 20 min early. The carpet in the room was very stained. The water pressure in the shower was barely more than a trickle, and the hot water only lasted 5 min.

This property didn’t clean their rooms properly. My son found someone’s underwear in our bathroom. In the cubby by the hairdryer. My toddlers found a ball under the bed. There was crusty dirty spots on my comforter. They didn’t clean the toilet properly there was dried pee on it. They also didn’t post on the site that their pool was closed.

Check-in was fairly easy and so was check-out. The staff were helpful when answering questions. The area of the hotel itself felt unsafe. There were many guests, who seemed homeless, hanging around the hotel and used the hotel as a place to stay. I have no problem with this but there were multiple times people were lingering in the parking lot or by the doors smoking. It just felt unsafe because you could'nt tell who was a guest or not. The breakfast was minimal and kind of a letdown since it was a bug reason why we booked. Likely won't stay at this hotel again. I'd call it a motel.

If you can go anywhere! Do so! Pretty sure there was cameras in our room and the service was very sketchy and rude customer service. Took our ID for too long and if you are traveling with your family or alone not safe.

A time to see our son & grandkids

The check in was great very friendly and helpful, one thing I don’t understand is why wasn’t there a comforter on the bed? There were a couple of hairs on the bathroom floor. But I know that can happen! I use to work as housekeeper in a hotel. But over all it was nice and we will stay again. We had to cut our trip short due to the family situation that came up so we cannot stay the whole night!

Fully asleep and woken by smoke alarm, guests have no respect walking down the halls to keep their mouths shut, especially keep their kids from running up and down halls like a playground!! 1.5" gap at the bottom of the doors doesn't help. Can't soundproof a room that way. Cable TV only worked on half the channels, movie channels were scrambled mess!
