The beautiful, white sand beaches are stunning, and your view of the sunset is breathtaking. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located directly on the beach and sleeps 10 guests.

THE SPACE: The living room has a 60" flat screen tv and a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony along with a sofa sleeper for two. Look for dolphins while you enjoy your meals outside on the covered balcony. Cook your specialties in the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig K-Cup brewer, microwave and blender. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 2 at the bar. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 50" flat screen tv and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. There's a spacious dressing area with a separate bath with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom has one full size bed + a full over full size bunk bed, a 55" flat screen tv and a full bathroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. You will enjoy the keyless entry system--no need to keep track of keys! This spacious (1100 square foot) condo has it all! At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking, close to the tennis court.

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickleball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach and spend some time with your toes in the sand! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!

THE AREA: If you venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. The Wharf has wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the Rave Motion Picture movie theatre. Check out the new OWA Amusement Park. You can take advantage of the local fishing charters, jet skiing, parasailing and kayaking. Gulf State Park is near for bird watching, exploring, bike riding trails and more.
