Nice Orangeburg hotel

Nice, cost-efficient hotel in Orangeburg right off of the interstate. Also has a 24h front desk which is helpful if you come in town late due to an emergency. If you're familiar with the area it is a median hotel that is good if the newer ones are full and would be good if you're coming back for homecoming or an event. Some of the rooms in the second building are renovated and a little nicer but overall both buildings are good. Only real gripe is not electrical outlets near the bed.

At check in they gave me a hard time. I accidentally booked a smoking room- they said it couldn't be changed bc I hadn't booked directly with them. They also put me on second floor and there is no elevator. I am disabled so told them I could not have second room. I asked them if they knew about Americans w Disability Act- then they switched. Room was filthy and reeked of smoke. The bathroom was so disgusting I didn't take a shower. Cockroaches!!!!! In the morning when I was trying to leave my key card didn't work and I had to go to office 3 times before they walked out and opened door for me. Miserable experience all round.......

This place was absolutely disgusting. Very first hotel I had to leave because it was just that bad. I was dirty and stinky. Ended up getting back in the car and driving an hour to find a different hotel. The manager was completely worthless. I had your money at that point and could care less what you had to say. And as far as Expedia they will not back you at all. Definitely done with them as well. Customer service is a thing of the past. Please don’t try and save money staying at this dump. Not safe for you or your family.

Do not stay here

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. We were there for 20 minutes before I booked another hotel. The toilet wasnt cleaned(literal pubes on inside of toilet bowl/seat) and there was stuff caked on the door and walls with baby roaches running around.

There was roaches everywhere. I literally turned around and dropped off the key. Ended up driving to a rest stop and sleeping. There was blood on the walls and on the sheets. So I didn’t feel safe being there

Mode mode mode terrible.

The phone was terrible. There was a small around the bathtub and on the sthey. Switch me to another room that had mold. Too. The third room was a little better. I would not recommend this hotel.
