Couldn’t chech in because my reservation wasn’t on your system, I had a reservation confirmed for my stay at Spark on Friday the 31 of July and check out on the 1st of August I I . I had a print on for my stay which had the confirmation number .. the hotel staff said they didn’t have my information for my stay.. I had used my Discover card for the reservation, and I waited a hour ,, before I could socheck in ,, I had to use another credit card in order to get checked in…l just drove over 600 miles to this Hilton resort called SPARK ..very , very upset especially why you think everything is in order. Especially when you have children

Good location just off I26. Check in was quick. However, the room (303) was missing a chair or couch. There was no coffee maker or bathroom/drink cups in the room. The front desk informed us that cups were not provided in a room “of that type.” There was, however, an ice bucket. Room was clean.

We were surprised at the limited breakfast options. We are used to having a nicer morning spread. The hotel was on the high end for the area. We were disappointed when we arrived at breakfast and there was a fee for eggs.

We found an ant in the room, and they didn’t clean behind the door - it looked like an animal had been squished between the door and the wall because there was fur rubbed on the wall. The room itself was only uncomfortable because the AC didn’t start working until morning and we don’t know why. It was set at 68, and stayed consistently at 73.
