Horrible

There was hair on the floor, no extra cleaning supplies, no extra paper products, and the worst part is that the kitchen was infested with roaches. We threw out all of our food because of the roaches, we also had to throw out clothes so we do not bring them back to our house. This was unacceptable and disgusting.

Very poor, do not book under any circumstances.

Positives. The villa was a good sized property in a pleasant gated community. The maintenance people we had to call to get things sorted were very helpful. Negatives. We believed we had booked to stay nearer to Disney as per the communications and the photos they sent us of the actual property. One of the reasons we booked it, was its closeness to Disney. The villa was at very best 30 minutes further away from Disney which meant we lost time travelling rather than spending it with Mickey and his friends. Our first problem, no code given to get through the entry gate, which caused quite a problem at 2am. Pool area filthy as was the pool itself with algae in the bottom. The hall walls through to upstairs were badly marked and the stair carpet grubby and badly worn. Unable to switch on the Spa. The Master bathroom has a very mouldy shower cubicle and very badly marked sinks. The top between the two sinks was really sticky. One of the twin beds, the head board is only attached one side and that is only just attached. The downstairs bathroom has a problem with the water flowing away. The house had three bathrooms but only two hair dryers, one did not work. Down stairs bedroom had two lamps but one was not working. One of the rings on the cooker did not work. One side of the toaster did not work. The coffee table had a broken leg. Table football table leg broken, very dangerous. I could list many more problems but haven't been given enough characters. DON’T BOOK

Could have used some amenities

Property was nice. Could have used extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer soap and laundry soap. A little bigger tv would be cool. And some paint and carpet cleaning could happen. And the extra costs up front (i.e.pool heating) would be cool upon reservation. Not complaining just being honest. Still a great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, and centrally located to a lot of fun stuff.

Great house

The property was great,spacious,well maintained,and private,location is perfect everything was really close proximity. Had an issue with management that made first day absolutely miserable,they didn’t send my guest list and they didn’t let my family come in I had to call a friend so they could stay with them,!
