What a great deal on a great place!! It was spotless, super cute, and had everything we needed. Besides that, the amenities made it so we hardly felt the need to go anywhere (and when we did need to go to the grocery, it was less than five mins away). My kids especially loved all of the different pools and splash pads, etc. Thank you, Monika!

Absolute Gem

This place was amazing. The amenities were family friendly and fun! A true hidden gem. It was pretty much the highlight of our trip. So close to everything you need to do in Orlando. We will definitely be booking this place again when we take another family trip to Florida.

Great Location

The location was great. 5 miles from pretty much anything Disney related. Clean and safe complex. As far as the accommodations, the rating would go from good to excellent with just few minor upgrades in the condo. The bath towels are thin, small, and cheap. Investing in some nice towels would improve the feel. Also, there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the place, which were also thin and cheap (we ran out on the last day). These little things make the stay feel "cheap" rather than feeling at home. Lastly, the toilet had a constant drip in the tank that was rather annoying. I know it sounds like I'm complaining, but it's the details that make the difference. It's really a nice place and great location. If I owned it, I'd make some small upgrades to really make the guest feel like home rather than going on the cheap to save few bucks.

Nov.17-24 for Christmas Shopping 4 miles to Outlet Malls; Disney @ corner for FREE Resort Hopping; rode Ferry, Tram, Bus, to Polynesian, Contemporary, and Grand; FREE. Christmas already up at Disney! Large 1 BR condo; big kitchen; deep tub, (bring bubble bath); (w/b hard for elderly to use);block out curtains; great for afternoon naps; A/C…Washer/Dryer…perfect; Would definitely rent again! (Very safe area)! Enjoyed set up very much!

Excellent spot to stay

I'll just give a quick rundown without fluff. - great shuttle service to disney and universal although the times can be inconvenient 2-3 hours before opening/ after close but very economical - great pools and spots for children to play - laundry machines and detergent available in the unit which is great -not noisy at night -the people working the lobby were super helpful and provided maps of the location and marked down all needed info to access the pools -night time movies are available at the pool across the road -the place was pretty clean, baseboards had some grime or water damage and there was an unfinished bit in the bathroom but it was clean in the ways that mattered. -i didnt hear too much through the walls at night from other guests so the soundproofing is good -10 min walk from walmart supercentre

This property refused to help me cancel and refund my money during the hurricane. There was no gas and we were stuck in traffic unable to make the reservation in time before having to hunker down in the storm. This was an emergency disaster and the refusal to help a person in need out of greed is down right awful.

Convenient, comfortable, clean

Nice little condo. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Really nice pool area. Excellent communication with host!— very appreciated! Walmart nearby (walking distance—did Uber back with purchases. Note provided supplies when you arrive as initial supplies (ex: detergent, paper goods) may be less than your group will be using depending on plans and time spent there.
