Located in the popular Bahama Bay Resort, guests of this ground floor, 3-bedroom home will enjoy exclusive outdoor resort amenities including pools, Splash Pad, hot tub, beach area, pier, and recreational courts. Scenic Old Lake Davenport is only a stone’s throw away where you can lounge on the beach, play volleyball, dine al fresco, rent a watercraft, or go fishing. For dining, let someone else do the cooking for a change and walk next door to the Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, afterwards take a leisurely stroll to admire the native flora and fauna along the walking trails right behind the home.



Ideal for families, this condo supplies everything you need for a stress-free getaway including a pack n’ play, highchair, stroller, and iron with ironing board. The convenience of the home’s proximity to the pool makes popping in and out for meals, naps, or other caretaking a literal breeze. With no neighbors to the rear of the home, privacy is also in abundance as you relax on the shaded, screened-in porch with your fresh cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail, soaking in the views of the lush surrounding landscape.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in.

• This is a ground level unit with easy access.

• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

• Guests are required to complete a secure verification process before their stay, we use Autohost for this verification privacy policy is available here: https://www.autohost.ai/privacy

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all major attractions just a hop, skip, and a jump away; Walt Disney World (8 miles), Star Wars Galaxy's Edge (10 miles), Universal Studios (21 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (21 miles), and Sea World (16 miles), Busch Gardens (64 miles).



Sunset Walk, a modem shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7 miles away. A day trip will take you (10+) local beaches, including Cleavater Beach (90 miles, Cocoa Beach (2 miles), and Daytona Beach & 81.



Other Things to Note:

This home is independently managed and is not part of the onsite resort management program. Guests have access to outdoor amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, and pier. The clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) are not available to guests of this rental. Amenity availability is controlled by the HOA and may change without notice.
