Beautiful 4 Bed, 2 Bath villa , furnished to a very high standard and a perfect relaxing lake view with fishing all round the year.

A guest living room and a large family room is idea when 2 families are sharing or when you need your alone time while kids have fun in their own sitting room.

The kitchen has every appliance or dishes you need to treat your family with their favorite food while on vacation. The Family room has multiple reclining leather sofas and armchair provided for a relaxing location to watch the large screen TV.

An engaging game room with a pool table, foosball, darts, a children's activity area and outdoor equipment like tennis rackets and fishing rods. We also offer free wireless internet and free calls throughout the US and Canada.

The vila comes with 4 bedrooms to make you feel cozy. The master bedroom has King size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has Queen size bed and TV.
Third and fourth bedrooms are both twins.

1 additional full bathroom, so 2 in total.

Disney Princess and Pirates outfits are available for visiting children. The bathrooms contain the necessities, such as hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons.

The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer.

Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, which can be heated. Lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area where the sun can be found all day long or sit in the shade of the covered lania. The pool area has a wonderful lake view. Free gas BBQ.

Our villa includes complimentary use of many items that are difficult to travel with - such as a Pack 'N Play (travel crib); 2 car seats; a double stroller; two umbrella strollers and a high chair. We have a complimentary wheelchair allowing you to save on significant rental costs at many attractions.

Superb service and a superb Villa

The service from this host was absolutely top class, never a delay in any answers and was so accommodating from start to finish. The villa itself was immaculate was no issues at all and located on one of the lakes within lake berkley making it a great spot to sit and relax after a day at the parks. Will definitely return to this Villa for all our future visits, thanks for having us.

Relaxing and peaceful villa with great view

This was a great villa , we stayed there for our spring break and kids enjoyed the pool and it was their first time experience of fishing on the lake for them, The villa is beautifu with all the amenities you need and is spacious. The kitchen had eveything that you need. villa is at a very good location near to Walmart and Target and many local stores and restaurants , I would come back to the villa again and have the same relaxing and peaceful break from work.

This was our first time staying on the Lake Berkeley estate and it didn't disappoint. The added benefit of being gated is additional peace of mind and the estate was very peaceful and quiet.Although the kitchen and some room decor was a bit outdated, the property was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It is spacious with a large games room which our girls loved.The pool area is a little compact and didn’t have enough sun loungers for all 4 of us, but it didn’t detract from being able to enjoy the pool which overlooks the beautiful lake.Host and management company were responsive and promptly answered any queries we had.A great home from home that we hope to be able to stay in again. Thank you!
