This gorgeous and spacious Six-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living room space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Upstairs enjoy the cozy loft equipped perfectly for board games. Also, there is a family room area to spend lots of quality. A full-size washer and dryer are at home for your use, however, we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with a spa out on the patio and grill poolside with family or friends. Enjoy the location of this corner house, with a view of a small hill of this community. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated and hot tub heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat and hot tub heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Vacation Stay after volleyball tournament

We needed a big rental for a larger group to vacation after we attended AAU Volleyball Nationals and this home had lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms that fit the needs of our group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we used the BBQ everyday for all meals! The house was big, bright and clean, however, the only feedback I have is the limited amount of supplies for us to cook, not enough pool towels and shampoo and conditioner. I have stayed at many rentals and this one definitely had the least amount of supplies and we only stayed for 5 days. But all communication with the property staff was prompt and good service!

Such a wonderful rental!! This house was spacious and so nice! We had a large party and everyone had their own private space to relax after long park days. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed room themes. The house came with all the necessities to make our trip easy and was clean. The pool was fantastic! During our stay the wifi went out and someone was at the house within an hour to fix it. They were so attentive and always responded quickly when we had a question. My niece also forgot an item she was gifted while on the trip and didn't realize until we were half way to Texas, they have been so helpful in assisting us to recover the item. We are so grateful!Would definitely book this place again!!

Dog hair everywhere

It was a nice property bt we had children with us and there was a LARGE amount of dog hair on the floors. I dont have pets and didnt expect to deal with another persons animal hair. This led me to believe it had not been swept or mopped and the cabinets had not been wiped down. I manage a cleaning service so Im particular about details.dettnot good

Spring Break Getaway

This property is outstanding. Although a bit larger than we needed, we truly enjoyed our stay. Came here for spring break to escape the cold weather at home. Pets were allowed and a private heated pool and hot tub included. We loved that it was a stand-alone townhouse. We checked out the other amenities, but mostly spent our time in our own pool. The communication with property manager was top notch. Any question or concern I had was addressed within a matter of minutes. The cleaning or garbage crew was a little too attentive. There were a few times we left items on our porch to pick up when we returned, only to find them no longer there, some of which wasn't actually garbage. We would definitely come back to this location!

Great Stay

The house was great for our group of 12. The kids loved the pool at the house, rooms were perfect for 3 sets of adults and 6 kids. The host was super accommodating with last minute requests for a high chair and a pack and play. We had a small issue with the keypad getting in, they answered my call and had it fixed within 2 minutes. I would suggest anyone with a group stay here. I plan to book again next year.

The property manager was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. The home was beautiful and the pool and hot tub provided extra fun for our stay. The property was easy to get to and centrally located to all the baseball fields our son played on. Would recommend tgis property ti others.

Perfect for our group!

This house was great- clean, large enough for our group of 3 couples and two children (3 and 1) and we had a room we didn’t even use! It’s in a nice location and the community pools, splash pads and water slides were a great added perk. Communication was easy, fast and helpful whenever we needed something, they even were able to provide us with a pack and play and high chair which helped a TON!My only dislike was the lack of things like toilet paper, dish towels, garbage bags, a vaccum, cleaning supplies to wipe down counters/surfaces. Staying a week it would have been nice to have a vaccum and things to clean up throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this house!

Great location, great vacation house!

We ran into one little hiccup at the start of our trip and the rest was amazing. We paid for early check in because we were traveling with teens and a small dog and wanted to settle in quickly. An hour before we were set to check in, were told the house wasn't ready and we'd have to check in at 4:00. That was a problem for us because we were already in Orlando and our dog was totally over traveling and ready to settle in. It was stressful getting notified only an hour before we were supposed to check in that we couldn't. My husband explained that to the person calling and thankfully they didn't make us wait until 4:00. We paid to check in at 12:00 and the house was ready by 12:30. We had to wait it out at a nearby park, but they called us the moment it was ready which we appreciated. After that stressful moment, everything was great. The house is gorgeous. A lot of care has been put into the home and it was well-decorated and clean. The rooms were themed which was so fun and there was plenty of room for our family. The resort amenities in Champions Gate are wonderful, too! The lazy river/slides were a blast. Everyone working was friendly. We loved that there was so much on-site to do! The location of the neighborhood is perfect. It's close to the theme parks and even when we ventured further out, to Lake Eola, it was a fairly easy commute. Aside from the mix-up with check in, IHM has great, fast communication and we will definitely use them again!

Enjoyed the stay and IHM was awesome

The property was great for our family. The amenities were wonderful as well, just wish we had more time to enjoy them. My only complaint and it’s more of a warning (nothing that IHM can do anything about) was the backup at the gates to get into the community. One evening, it took us over 30 minutes to get through the gate. Hoping the community does a better job to help fix that.
