The property itself is really close to universal. On our first day we actually walked to the park just for fun and it was really easy because of how close the park is. The way they run room service is on the third night before 9 am you can request to have your rooms cleaned. All the interactions with staff were positive. Everybody was super nice and friendly. They also have discounts on the restaurant located on site. It’s pretty quiet here too. P.S there’s a local bunny that roams the front yard at night.

This hotel offers an excellent location to Universal Studios. Very quiet and clean. The staff were pleasant and polite. There is a restaurant and small cafe on site plus a small gift shop

Budget hotel near Universal

Our room was situated right next to the air conditioning units, which were extremely loud all night. A young couple were riding bikes and yelling late into the night. One of the ladies at the front desk told us we didn’t need to book the complimentary shuttle to Universal, but the driver was not impressed that we hadn't booked. She also seemed annoyed like we were disturbing her day. The lady who we first met at the hotel was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, unfortunately we didn’t see her after check in. It is only a 25 min walk to Universal, so it wasn't far to walk back late evening when it was cooler.

It’s been freshly renovated and looks so nice. The room looks very nice and clean. The beds are a bit hard but the room and the convenience to get to Universal CityWalk was great. About a 20 minute walk to Universal CityWalk from this hotel. Felt safe. Staff is nice and has a nice restaurant and bar area. Nice outdoor patio to hang out if you like. They did a great job on this hotel. And I am very picky!

Check in was easy, however the sheets weren’t clean on one of the beds in our room. The door to the room didn’t close well. The frame of our beds were a hazard. We kept hitting our knees on the wooden frames while navigating around the room. The walls and door were dingy. Pics don’t match up with rooms and property photos on website. I would not recommend this hotel.

Found the motel was aged and of run down. Vinyl flooring in our room was very dirty and looked to not have been cleaned very well. As well the toilet ran through out the night to fill the tank while trying to sleep.

We checked in to our room and ended up checking out an hour or so later. The room was by the pool on the 1st level (is where all king beds are lobated) The room was dark and had a moist and stink slate smell. Folks were hanging out in and all around the buildings. When we went to check out the person at the desk jagged stating why, he just said “oh well, you lost your money”! Absolutely terrible!!! When we got in the car, we both literally stitched of the stale smell of the room! Terrible experience!!!!
