We love our furry family but the Building does not permit pets. Please note that a penalty of $1000 will be enforced should a pet be brought due to fines from the Building Association. Of course, service animals are always welcome.

Guest Access:
You have private access to the entire unit and the public spaces in the complex include a pool, gazebo, basketball net, BBQ grill, arcade room and gym.

The Neighborhood:
You are on Disney's doorstep with Disney Springs 1 mile away and the parks just beyond that. It is the ideal place to stay if you want to be close to the action.

The Orlando Premium Outlets are just over the highway about 2 miles away. A new Target as well as Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory and Ross Dress for Less. So if you are looking for a bit of shopping, you are in the right place!

The area around the apartment has a selection of restaurants including Shake Shack, World of Beer, White Castle, Wendys, PF Changs, Kura Sushi, Chipotle and many more are popping up every month! Not to mention the fabulous restaurants within Disney Springs.

There's also a convenient Starbucks along the route to Disney so you can grab that extra jolt of caffeine before you hit the parks.

Getting Around:
There is ample, free parking in the complex.

There's a bus stop right outside the unit where you can catch a bus to Disney Springs and then transfer to a bus to the various parks if you are looking to save a few $ in parking at the parks.

Interaction with Guests:
We will send a code for the door 24 hours before check-in.
