We liked how clean & well maintained the rooms were in the hotel, the location is excellent with respect to theme parks & shopping, dinning etc. Staff were super friendly, responsive to needs & request, i will definitely consider returning to the same hotel if i ever visit Orlando again.

The entrance into the property was weird not well let it wasn’t inviting . The breakfast was not free and honestly I went to look at it and it was limited and did not look good for the price . The bathroom shower had an area that looked painted it was weird looking made it look really cheap and worn out inside. I think it’s was also not fair to charge 10 dollars for parking daily after the price paid for the hotel. The hotel did smell nice when you walk in the coffee station was also very small and limited. The other weird thing I have never been asked to get an id for each person staying in the room we had two kids and they were like a passport Seriously ?

It’s a beautiful hotel. I didn’t try any of the facilities since I was only there to go to the Disney parks. It’s in a quiet area that kinda feels like it separated from the shops but it’s right around the corner. Will come back when I get the chance!

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that the walls are super thin and we could hear the people on both sides of us, they had a crying baby and it makes it very hard to sleep. Then another night we had teenagers partying in the room next-door to us and had to call down to the front office

Best Hotel experience EVER!!!!

My stay at the Pestana was fantastic. When I walked through the doors, I knew it was going to be great. The scent of the hotel was phenomenal. I begged them for a sample of what they were using. The scent was everywhere including the rooms, hallway and elevators. This is the cleanest hotel I had the pleasure of visiting. The beds were so comfortable and the maid service was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the hotel offered a shuttle service to the parks which was very convenient. The rooms were large and the bathrooms spacious and well designed. The body products offered were so fabulous, I requested to buy them. Unfortunately, they were not for sale. I googled the company and will be putting in an order soon. I hope in the near future, the Pestana will offer their body products for sale to their customers. I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel and its proximity to the parks, restaurants and shopping. The Pestana will be my home away from home whenever I’m in the area. I really had a great time there. The only downside was the breakfast. The egg options need to be improved and a system to keep the food warm needs to be established. There are many restaurants close by to handle the most challenging palate.

Too Pretentious

The hotel was in an overgrown patch of weeds and the road to enter was sketchy at best. Once at the hotel we thought it might actually be a swanky place however upon close inspection it was more like putting lipstick on a pig. The condition of the hotel was patched over rather than newly repaired. The water smelled of rotten eggs. We didn’t even check out the $15 a person breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. I know we paid for the proximity to WDW and for that it was a good price compared to other hotels in close proximity.

We had an amazing stay at Pestana Suites. Only needed a one night stay to do some shopping in Disney Springs and then a day at Magic Kingdom, but this location was incredibly clean, accommodating, and incredibly convenient for transportation to and from Disney. The gals at the front desk were warm, friendly and welcoming and even gave us an upgrade on our room which made us feel even more at home. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH !

I was surprised the hotel was charging $15. a person for breakfast plus Tax. I figured paying $30. , We would get an excellent breakfast. But it wasn't. No better than a free continental breakfast at any other hotel. Won't fall for that again !

The rooms and facilities are clean and property well run. The shuttles are convenient but are always at least 5 minutes late. They need more frequent shuttles as they stop by multiple hotels. The people at the front desk are really nice. The only things I have to complain about are the thin walls . I heard a man snoring and baby crying in from my room and all the little noises. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
