This super vacation home provides spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation with games room, free WiFi and its own private screened pool. This comfortable and well furnished home is located on Indian Point, a peaceful subdivision situated 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort entrance. It is also conveniently located for the other attractions such as SeaWorld & Universal. Indian Point also has its own community area with swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground and picnic area. The pool area is south facing and has conservation views. The living area has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pans etc. The kitchen also has a dining table that seats 4. There is also an additional dining area with a table that seats 8. The home has an ample supply of towels & linens and is also equipped with a washer and dryer (located in the garage). There is cable TV in the living room and in the master bedroom and the home is equipped with free Wi-Fi and free phone calls in US and Canada. The games room is in the garage and has a pool table and darts. This is a non-smoking and non- pet home. Pool heat available at additional fee.

This property could be so much better!

The photos accurately reflect the way the home looks. Unfortunately, it was filthy, and we had to clean it on day one. We purchased cleaning products and wiped down the kitchen and bathrooms. This home could be so much better. It is in a great neighborhood, and the house is lovely, but it needs a professional cleaning before anyone else stays there. There is no phone as listed. A paper covers the empty spot where it used to be. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The "game room" is nonexistent. It is a pool table in the hot garage. The darts have no points. The pool was clean, but the tiles were broken around the sides, which detracts from the design. The refrigerator has missing shelf rails. Baby ants were everywhere, and a liquid ant cup greeted us upon arrival, full of dead ants on the bathroom sink. A used towel hung in the bathroom. Again, this home could be very nice. Please take the time to have it professionally cleaned and check your listing for accuracy.

Amazing host!

David was amazing to deal with. He was swift in his response from the time we inquired about the property. Everything was clear from the beginning and all my questions were answered. This property is closer to Disney but further from Universal Studios and the Orlando Airport. Overall we had a good experience and made some good memories in this house. I’m a little particular on cleaning. The house could definitely use some TLC. Master bedroom’s bed was a little outdated, the sofas as well. The washrooms had a smell and were also outdated. Pool needs some maintenance. Overall it was a good experience and David is totally awesome!
