Orlando-loma ei ole tÀydellinen ilman viehÀttÀvÀÀ, asiantuntevasti suunniteltua huvilaa soittamaan kotiin koko loman ajan. Onneksi tÀmÀ on vain lippu, jossa on kymmenen tilavaa makuuhuonetta, teemalla lastenhuoneet, pelihalli, kotiteatteri, oma uima-allas ja paljon muuta - kaikki vain minuutin pÀÀssÀ Disneysta!

TÀmÀn talon teemalla varustetut makuuhuoneet ovat kokonaisia nÀyttelymyyjiÀ - alkaen Galactica, jossa on ulkoavaruuden sisustus ja kalusteet. YhtÀ vaikuttava on Lego-huone, joka on tÀynnÀ lumoavaa seinÀmaalausta ja ylin kerrossÀnky, jota ympÀröivÀt vÀrikkÀÀt tiilet ja luomukset.

Mutta nukkumaanmenoajan on odotettava, kun lapset saavat kuorman pelihallia, tÀysin katettu suosikkeineen, kuten Pac-man koripallo, Pacman Multi, Lane Master ja Batman ". YlÀkerran parvella on vielÀkin hienoja pelivaihtoehtoja, kuten Pac-Man Air Hockey ja biljardipöytÀ.

We had 7 families with various ranges of kids and the house had plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. Everyone there had nothing but praise for the home. The home was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood, plenty of rooms, and a stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed all of those people. Communication was great, always checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking, and answered questions in a very timely matter. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Overall this house was a win! The pictures show the true story - rooms were as expected. The house was very spacious and well fitted throughout, including the kitchen (lots of dishes). The variety of bed types throughout was perfect. Loved that there were two "play" areas. The game room was located downstairs and the upstairs loft had other games and activities. Also had upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities - always a plus :). The one big downfall of the home and why it doesn't get a 5 rating, was the internet access. First the listing doesn't tell you that there is only cable on 1 tv and you will need to access live channels on tv or log into your own streaming accounts. the main room tv with cable we had to get the tech to come as the guide posted listed instructions for a control that was not at the home and several remotes didn't have batteries. Would be nice to have extra in the home and not have to wait hours for a tech. The other issue we had was the wifi was EXTREMELY slow and some BR TV's weren't even connected to the network. The wifi issue could be a neighborhood thing, but should be addressed. On the cleanliness side, the microwave was filthy and appeared to never been touched as well as the kettle. Overall, we would consider staying again, but would like to know the wifi issue was fixed. A lovely, spacious home, but with a couple minor tweaks.

All and all it was a great house. We had a group of 5 kids and 14 adults, a majority travelled in from overseas. The bedrooms are all great sized and the amenities were as pictured. The house never felt too small for the amount of people. The location is about 20-30 minutes from the Disney parks and about 45 minutes to Universal and MCO. My biggest complaints were the lack of parking. The driveway holds 2 cars, but for the group our size we had 4. The first 2 days of our stay we could not find ANY parking. It wasn’t as bad during the week days , but there is a definite shortage of parking in the neighborhood and they are very strict with enforcing towing. There is also a definite lack of cleaning supplies. We were there for 2 weeks and ended up ordering a stick vac on Amazon to help clean up crumbs and dirt. The only thing available in the house was a broom and dustpan (no mop or vacuum). I’m sure that is fine for a shorter stay, but for 2 weeks it was not enough. The communication with Villatel started out great and they were very quick to send someone out to fix any issues we had, however on the last full day there one of the kids locked and closed a bathroom doors and we were unable to open it. We did text and were told they would send maintenance, but by check out time the next day they still had not sent anyone and all of the toiletries that were in that bathroom had to be abandoned. Also no fault of management, but cell service (T-Mobile) is basically non existent.

NO THEATER ROOM

The house was beautiful, cost agreed on. However, I was surprised to find upstairs beds unmade and linen in boxes for us to make ourselves. Maybe it is a cleanliness reason.But our biggest disappointment was the Theatsr Room. I’d be more than happy to provide more details if needed however, from the night we moved in to the night before we moved out we had no theater room working. We had technicians come the first three days we were there a different person everyday. And day three, the technician that came out, said that it should have been noticed by the first technician that the projector was going bad along with the fact that they fixed the remote control and the USB cord.The main reason we chose this house was for the theater room. We wanted to do a movie night the first night we were in there that didn’t happen so we tried to Scheduling and by the time it got fixed the night before we were checking out it was much too lateI am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation.Thank uou

Very nice vacation home

The home was very clean with a lot of room and fun for all ages. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The resort pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all. I would recommend some additional pots and pans to add to the kitchen

PERFECT for family vacation!

Our house was a BIG win for our kids! Very clean and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney. The pool was also a big hit! We would definitely recommend this neighborhood to big families for the for the many amenities and affordable pricing.

Our villa needs work

We loved the villa except disappointed with some things
. told the property manager
dryer did not work, one of the games in the game room did not work, game system in my grandsons room did not work, and the theatre room had a stale, moldy smell, the theater room had a recliner that was ripped pretty bad and should have been replaced, pool stick was broken. Once we told property manager they did replace the pool stick but nothing else was fixed for our stay. If I go back I will ask to walk the villa first.

The pool is spacious, offering a beautiful view of lush plant life and a peaceful neighborhood. Moreover, the hot tub is incredibly enjoyable and truly hits the spot.

The house was as described and well stocked with ample towels, kitchen supplies, and seating options. It was also beautifully decorated, and the kids absolutely loved it.

This vacation home is AMAZING!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house itself was extremely huge and clean. The movie theater was awesome we couldn’t get it to work at first, but we contacted the host which they responded ASAP and walked us through which was very helpful. The game room and pool was also awesome. The house was equipped with everything we needed.Their was lots of space for my family. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. I will most def be booking this house again.

Perfect house for a big family vacation

Our immediate family of 24 people stayed here for 4 nights, ages ranging from 4 to 75. It was a wonderful time and I highly recommend staying in these houses with the Villatel company despite some challenges that weren't necessarily the fault of Villatel. The people who work for Villatel were all SUPER helpful and kind and any need that we had they met very promptly. One challenge we had was having to wait an hour and a half to get into our house to due to the cleaning not being done by check-in time. I can imagine that it must be difficult cleaning a house that big in just 6 hours, but it was a big inconvenience having to wait that long in the hot weather with food in the car that needed to be put in the fridge. The Villatel hosts were very gracious and did what they could to make it right, but hopefully this won't happen again for future renters. Another challenge was the parking situation. Having only 5 parking passes for a group of 24 is nearly impossible. The last issue we had was the internet that went out a couple times, but when I called they had people out super quick who were able to fix it. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and fun. The house was the perfect size for us and so much fun for all ages. The resort amenities were also excellent! The resort pool, slide, and lazy river were all very enjoyable for our family. Thank you, Villatel team for all you did to pleasantly accommodate our needs this week! We will be sure to recommend you to others! :)

Great family get together

I was very impressed with this listing. We had 18 people staying there and for a week we were amazed how they could pack so much space into this one house. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had two refrigerators and two dishwashers, so impressed. The kids and adults loved the arcade room and the movie room. The pool was very refreshing after busy days. We had a lot of trouble with the Internet and they did have to come out to look at that a few times but they were very responsive. Overall all the rooms were excellent, one room had one curtain missing and they weren’t able to replace that while we were there but otherwise we were very impressed. I wasn’t that impressed with the location, with traffic it was horrible trying to go anywhere. There were things nearby to go eat and go shopping but if you want to go to Disney, or any thing else in the Orlando area, the traffic was horrible all day long. If I need to have another family get together in Orlando, I would not hesitate to stay at this place. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

Parking Issues

Everything was great besides the parking! Rental of 10 bedrooms and only 5 parking passes is crazy. No where to park and if you are on the street car gets towed even with parking pass. Suggest they have golf carts to shuttle to home if their only suggestion is to park at the clubhouse. Also they need to put in the price the cost to heat the hot tub because calling and being told it $40 a day doesn’t sit well with me. Just include it in the overall price.

Family trip to Disney World parks.

Home was large and comfortable for 20 people. Issues were addressed immediately. We’re some small inconveniences, like no working coffee pot, but overall a very nice home. The only downside was the resort entry. We experienced long wait times to get in most of the time we were there. Once you have your ID on the rear view mirror, you should be able to enter in the left lane. Would definitely stay in the home again.
