The space
Amazing 5 bedroom located in the newest condominium vacation homes in Orlando Florida. The Sonoma Resort has a pool, gym, tennis court, 24-hour. The house is new, has air conditioning, kitchen with all appliances, linens, table and included bath, washing machine, clothes dryer, private pool, wi-fi, telephone, televisions in all rooms and rooms. It also has a games room and a beautiful cinema room.
On the 1st Floor : 1 bedroom with king size bed + bathroom.
On the 2nd Floor: 2 Master suite with king size beds, 2 Suites with 2 twins beds each + 2 extra trundle. Every bedroom has its own TV.

The house also offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washing machine, dryer, a full kitchen, bed and bath linen, WiFi, cable TV, telephone, a recreation area with private pool — all included in the price of your home, and we can also offer a grill for a small extra charge.

1. PET POLICY- NO PETS ALLOWED: For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted.

2. SMOKING- This property is 100% smoke free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house.

3. POLL HEATING UPON REQUEST, 24 hours in advance, minimum of 3 days. Pool heating fee of U$55.00 per day or $250 a week . Unauthorized pool heating will be charged on credit card on file.

4- PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BEFORE CHECK OUT THAT ALL OUR GARBAGE IS IN GARBAGE BAGS AND WELL DISPOSED ON THE GARBAGE BIN OR WILL BE A CHARGE OF $100 FOR THE CLEANERS TO DO SO. BECAUSE THIS IS OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY

5- We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen personal items left in the house at any time during guest stay or cleaning. Guest has the sole responsibility of their own items and has been inform to keep windows and doors locked all the time.

REMINDER NOTICE: You are responsible for printing and bringing the reminder notice that we will email to you when your final payment is received. The reminder notice will have the physical address of the condo for your GPS, gate access instructions, the door entry code as well as some other important information. If you have not received this reminder notice with your final payment confirmation you must let us know prior to your arrival date.
DOOR ENTRY CODE: The condo has an electronic lock on the entry door with a numeric keypad. Your entry code will be active from 4:00 PM on your arrival date through 10:00 AM on your departure date. Your door code will be provided in your reminder notice that will be emailed to you upon your final payment.
CHECK IN is at 4:30 PM or after. If you are checking in after 11:00 PM, you must let us know as soon as possible by phone or text. Please check availability for early check ins, and be aware that there is an extra fee.
CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM or earlier. You must check out by 10:00 AM or we reserve the right to remove any luggage and other personal belongings from the condo. Please check availability for late check outs, and be aware that there is an extra fee.
OWNER: Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, linens and starter bathroom supplies. Owner is not responsible for any utility or cable/internet interruptions during the guests stay but will make every attempt to have the utility/cable company restore their services as soon as possible.
GUEST: Guest agrees to leave unit in the same condition as found. Furniture must be in the same location as when you arrived. Dishes, pots and pans must be properly cleaned as to not have any baked-on food, all trash (water bottles, boxes, bags etc) must be picked up and put out for the trash during your stay and upon departure. Any damage to the unit will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure the condo is properly secured at all times. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
ZERO TOLERANCE: No pets allowed and No smoking allowed inside the condo. Smoking is permitted outside the condo only.
Pool heating and BBQ fee are not included in this booking.
