The Boardwalk Club level staff is the best anywhere. The food in the club is outstanding, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the concierge staff is unequaled in their helpfulness and customer service skills. The proximity to Epcot made our travel to the park easy and efficient and the bus service to the other parks is very convenient.

I was disappointed there were no restaurants IN the hotel itself! I was VERY angry how I was treated in the gift shop by a lady who's name started with an A...very rude to me !!! I an NOT a complainer-but next time-I will be sure to book with another hotel.
