• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. A gym, a water park and laundry facilities are available. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Horrible Stay

I am not sure of where to start. First the positives; check in process was easy, the decor of the villa is very beautiful. Now the negatives; upon check-in on Saturday the villa was not properly cleaned. Because we arrived on Saturday we had to wait until Monday. There were dried feces on the downstairs bathroom wall, damage to the patio curtain, mildew on the patio furniture (we ended up washing them), Black mold in one of the upstairs bathroom, rusted shower caddy in the upstairs master bathroom, the list goes on. When the cleaning crew finally arrived on Tuesday no one had on a mask and we turned them away because they refused to put one on. We had no choice but to stay in this villa because we had spent the weekend here and did not have reservations no where else. The villa is beautiful but not maintained and should not have been rented out. The carpet throughout should have been replaced as well as it was stained throughout. Overall I was shocked to see this villa in such a beautiful development in such condition.

NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND MY GUEST

IT WAS A TOTAL OF 4 CARS THAT DROVE DOWN AND 12 TOTAL GUEST WITH ME. THE DRIVE WAY WAS SO SMALL WE COULDN'T GET ALL THE CARS IN THE DRIVE WAY WE HAD TO PARK ALL ALONG THE STREET. THEN THEIR WERE OTHER HOUSES NEXT TO US WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF CARS AND WE WERE LITERALLY ON TOP OF EACH OTHER ON BOTH SIDES... IT WAS TO CRAMPED!! NEXT TIME MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOT BOOK PEOPLE WHO HAVE LARGE GUEST NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!!

Great stay for our two families

Chose this house because it had a lot of space and modern furnishings, and it did not disappoint! Loved the way the bedrooms were laid out upstairs, along with a separate kids/family area. We enjoyed dinners together with our two families eating in the kitchen and dining area. Grilling out by the pool was nice too. We took a break from parks for a day and spent time at the club house pool—and had just as much fun! Thank you for sharing your home. Would stay again!

Bedroom discrepancy and pool heat

The place was beautiful but we were told that there were 2 bedrooms downstairs and there was actually only one bedroom downstairs. This was a big deal only because we had elderly parents that couldn’t go upstairs. And the pool heat did not work until our last day but the executive villas did say they would refund three days of the poll heat charge. Thanks, Marlene
