Awesome place to stay

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. They have a wonderful front desk staff and the managers are so helpful they above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms and area was very spacious and super cleaned! We stayed 3 nights and on the first night i was able to shower with semi hot water then the second night comming from disney we tried to shower but the water was cold in both bathrooms. We were so super sweaty from the parks, super tierd and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed so i called the front office and a women named Martiza or Marrisa told me she was going to contact the building engineer. Unfortunately he had already left. So i asked is there anything you can do. Amd that is when she became very rude and aggressive. I asked if it was possible to let us shower in another room just for tonight and again responded very rude. I called her out on her rudness and asked for her name and that is when she changed her attitude. I had to take a cold shower along with the rest of my family. The engineer came in the morning to fix the showers and it was hot the 3rd night. Other then that my experiance was very positive and the breakfast was very good.

Awesome resort! Everything was so clean and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the pool bar had a great assortment of food and drinks. The room was perfect, had everything you need for your stay.Will definitely be returning!

This is a GORGEOUS property that is in an amazing area! Highly recommend!! This was a brand new property and the rooms are very nice and modern. You walk into a full sized kitchen with all the equipment you need should you want to cook, equipped with a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave and stove. It has a cute island counter top with seating for six. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was really nice. Then you have a full living room with a balcony. TV’s in living room and bedroom were about 55 inches and personalized with your name on it upon arrival. The bedroom was separate and had a king bed and desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The bathroom was my favorite part. We had a separate deep bathtub and huge dual head walk in shower. Dual sink with great lighting around mirrors. Lots of space! The pool area is beautiful and the pool was heated. There is an area with sand and the pool is a walk in pool that gives ocean vibes. Our warmest day was 75 so we chose not to get in the pool but we did sit comfortably by it for a couple of hours. The pool bar was open but not serving food. Drinks were good though and the bar was huge and had many tv’s. The hotel offered free breakfast with an omelet bar and had a free reception nightly from 5-6:30. Each adult gets 2 complimentary drinks. We loved the bartender! I believe his name was Lou. He was a great conversationalist and made an amazing strawberry mojito! You will not regret this stay!

Love it here!!! From the moment I walked in - I was made to feel like I was “HOME”. The staff made me feel very welcome and went above and beyond. They always greeted me with a smile and hello during my stay. I had a King Corner unit and it was amazing. Lots of storage space for luggage - and well laid out. The bedding, pillows and mattress were perfect for a great nights sleep. If I could rate this 10 stars I would When I am back in the area - this will always be my first choice for accommodation
